30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your HUACAN diamond painting kit. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment needed.
How to Start a Return
Email us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
